- Be prepared to participate in round robin reporting out by identifying the ideas that your group would prioritize.

10:30-11:15 Brainstorming Gallery Tour (Weitz Balcony) - What work is needed in each area? What do we think would move us toward the vision? Think big and small.
11:15-12:00 Small Group Work - Participants select one priority area, discuss the results of the gallery tour, and create a web page with their thinking about possibilities for work in this area informed by the gallery tour but not limited to it.
12:00-1:30 Buffet Lunch (Great Hall - located in Severance Hall, which is connected to Sayles)
Afternoon Goal: Moving forward with specific project ideas of personal interest
1:30-2:00 Working Group formation - Participants go to the area that interests them, discuss their interests with surrounding individuals and form groups.×The breakout rooms that we have reserved for our group are in both Weitz and Sayles. Rooms will be marked "EESS Workshop." Breakout rooms are as follows:
- Weitz 131 (capacity 15) and 236 (capacity 122)
- Sayles 250 (capacity 8), 251 (capacity 10), 254 (capacity 8), 252 (capacity 18), 253 (capacity 20), Hill Lounge (capacity 12)

2:00-3:30 Groups work to discuss their goals and project ideas.
3:30-3:45 Break
3:45-4:15 Brief group report outs, including a 1 minute summary of their project idea.
4:15-5:15 Working time. Groups flesh out their project ideas and develop a plan forward.
5:15 Wrap up, including outlining plan for Wednesday; Roadcheck
6:00 Group dinner at Reunion Restaurant (501 Division St S, second floor). 6:00 is the cash bar, and dinner buffet is from 6:30 - 7:30.

Breakfast at your hotel
There will be an optional luggage transfer from the hotel to Weitz. Please bring your luggage to the hotel lobby between 7:15-7:30 and pick it up outside the entrance to Weitz (someone will be watching the luggage at Weitz until you arrive).
×Morning Goals: Completing working group action plans. Finalizing shared vision and work priorities. Discussing community scale actions that would facilitate forward motion.
