Williamsburg Workshop Follow-up Survey - Supplemental

Greetings!

This survey is designed for 2YC participants in the SAGE 2YC Workshop in July 2013 in Williamsburg, Virginia. The purpose is to collect information about the longer-term impacts and outcomes of the workshop. We greatly appreciate your participation. Please take this time to answer as thoughtfully and honestly as you can. "No" answers are as important to us as "Yes" answers.

The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete—please feel free to write informative but brief answers.

Your participation in this survey will be confidential. This means that only project evaluators will be able to link your specific answers to your identity, and only project evaluators and PI's will have access to your specific responses. (PIs will see responses without any identifying features, and in a jumbled order.) Your answers will be combined with other answers and presented in aggregate form only. Any quotes used will be anonymous and stripped of any identifying content.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may exit the survey at any time, although if you do not click on the submit button no answers will be recorded. Please be assured that your input will be extremely helpful for future planning and activities for 2YC geoscience faculty and issues.

If you have any questions please contact Joan Karp at the Program Evaluation and Research Group (PERG) 978-816-7632, or jkarp@endicott.edu. Thank you!

2. As a result of the Williamsburg workshop, have you done anything differently to better address issues faced by specific groups of students? (please check all that apply)

3. As a result of the Williamsburg workshop, has your teaching changed in any of the following ways?

If you checked yes on any of them, please describe up to 4 changes you have made related to one or more of these areas. (Question 4 asks about other changes.)

If yes, what have you done differently?

The following 6 questions are mostly a repeat of the networking survey from the end of the Williamsburg workshop.
