This hydrogeology exercise requires the student to learn about the regulatory and environmental justice issues associated with redevelopment of a brownfield.
Learning Goals
The student should learn how to read and analyze a USGS report and then extend its applicability to its purpose for addressing redevelopment of a brownfield in an environmental justice community.
Context for Use
The exercise is at the level of a junior-senior level course in hydrogeology.
