By April 19, 2017:

• Complete the travel information form.

By May 22, 2017:

• Complete the registration form.

By May 25, 2017:

• Complete the spring reflection form - see links below. This is a bit different than the fall reflection form in that we will not be calling you to discuss these reflections. Rather, the spring reflection is intended to help you reflect on your work over the past year, in preparation for putting together the poster for the workshop and in preparation for work you will be doing at the workshop.

• Working as a team,
  • Make your poster using this poster template (PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) 7.9MB Apr12 17); you can use this example poster (PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx) 8MB Apr12 17) as a model, if that's helpful.
  • Upload your poster so that we can print it for you
• Upload your outcomes assessment data:
  • Use the Outcomes assessment data template, SAGE 2YC (Excel 2007 (.xlsx) 123kB Apr7 17) and read answers to Frequently Asked Questions (Acrobat (PDF) PRIVATE FILE 84kB May23 17)
  • Upload your data
• Complete the department/program inventory (Pam Eddy sent you the link to this via email in early April)

Things to bring with you:

• Your outcomes assessment data file.
• A laptop. If you don't have access to a laptop that you can bring, please email Carol Ormand; we will try to arrange to borrow one for you.
• Your Journal and your 3-ring workshop binder.
• OPTIONAL: Rock, mineral, fossil, soil, sediment, or ?? samples to share with colleagues
