Workshop Description: Spend a day with fellow geoscience educators in Southern California to discuss fostering successful professional pathways as a community college geoscience faculty member. This workshop will bring together individuals who are currently working as 2YC instructors in Southern California as well as those who are preparing for future work in the 2YC geoscience community. Workshop sessions will focus on early career full-time faculty; adjunct faculty; tenured faculty; and grad students/post-docs/professionals who are interested in community college teaching.
