Workshop sessions will focus on the community college job search and interview process; developing a teaching philosophy/teaching statement; delivering a teaching demonstration; the 2YC probationary (tenure) process; diversity and inclusion in undergraduate STEM education; teaching strategies to move you (and your students) beyond a lecture-heavy classroom model; and professional development opportunities for 2YC faculty and students.
