Transferring into your geoscience career

As 2YC instructors, we are obligated to train our geoscience majors to the best of our abilities. Part of that training is to to provide them with skills so they are successful when they transfer, as well as guiding them to the most effective Four-Year College for their career choice. During this workshop, we will develop a knowledge base and set of skills to enable our students to successfully become the geoscientists that they want to be. The workshop will also feature representatives from several Illinois Four-Year College geoscience departments who will describe their program, as well as the pathways of their graduates.
