Friday, October 19 (8:00 pm) to Sunday, October 21 (1:00 pm)
Location
Björklunden vid Sjön, Lawrence University's retreat center in Door County, Wisconsin. Björklunden is located between Jacksonport and Bailey's Harbor, about 1.5 hours northeast of Green Bay. Information about Björklunden can be found at http://www.lawrence.edu/s/bjorklunden.
Participants
Two participants per college will be funded by the FaCE grant.
Lodging
Participants will be housed two per room (with full bath) in the Björklunden lodge. Lodging is hostel-style: you make your own bed (linens provided) and tidy up before departing.
Meals
All meals are provided during the workshop, including Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. (Meals while traveling on Friday and Sunday are not included. Have dinner in Green Bay, in Sturgeon Bay, or in Bailey's Harbor near the lodge.)
Transportation
The FaCE grant will pay roundtrip mileage ($0.50/mile) for one car per college. Driving directions can be found on the Björklunden website at http://www.lawrence.edu/s/bjorklunden/directions.
Colorado College only: The FaCE grant will pay roundtrip airfare (up to $500 per person) to Green Bay or Appleton; a Lawrence committee member will shuttle you from the airport to Björklunden (about 1.5 hours from Green Bay, 2 hours from Appleton).
