  • Workshop 3: Implementing Teaching Strategies
  • Goal: Facilitate a discussion/group work that allows attendees to develop their own strategies to implement in their courses.
    • Homework (and continuation from previous session) to pick strategy to use for their course
      • Have them "preregister" with which strategy they'll use (to pre-organize breakout groups)
    • Review types of strategies (in case new participants join who haven't attended previous sessions)
    • Breakout groups that are specific to each strategy, so attendees can discuss together and give feedback
    • Return and share out, get feedback from broader group and organizers
    • Create (distribute?) ways to measure whether the implementation of the strategy worked
    • Questions and discussion
