8:45am-10:15am: Practices that promote the success of ALL students

10:15am-10:30am: Coffee Break

10:30am-11:30pm: Developing students' science identities

11:30am-12:00pm: Planning, discussion, and sharing: how will you incorporate strategies to support students' success and science identities into your course?

12:00pm-1:00pm: Discussion and Lunch

Afternoon:

1:00pm-1:30pm: Leveraging student experience with "cross-over" concepts between introductory science courses

1:30pm-2:15pm: Idea and activity sharing: incorporating local/regional environmental issues into your course

2:15-2:30pm: Coffee Break

2:30pm-3:15pm: Adopt, adapt, apply, create? Explore and share existing resources and strategize on developing our own

3:15-3:45pm: Planning, discussion, and sharing: how will you incorporate ideas, activities, and resources into your course, or develop your own?

3:45pm-4:00pm: Workshop evaluation

(4:30pm-6:00pm Optional after-workshop discussion and refreshments at nearby watering hole)
