Workshop Goals

  • Promote collaboration amongst STEM faculty by offering new teaching and engaging methods.
  • Going beyond advising to mentor STEM students and encourage 4-year transfer.
  • Expose STEM faculty to hands-on experience by showing a field video and connecting the core analysis to geology, chemistry, biology (microorganisms), and math (statistical analysis) to promote community involvement through STEM education.

Workshop Description
