8:00-8:15 Greeting and outline of the day - Cailin Huyck Orr

8:15-8:45 Facilitated discussion in working groups - discussion of your experience with the toolkit element and potential common themes (Contessa B)

8:45-9:00 Teams share their synthesis of the pre-work and common themes.

9:00-10:30 Teams work in structured workspace web pages to synthesize and summarize the information from pre-work and program profiles as well as their own experience. Emphasis for this session is generating a short list of common themes for best practices in your topic and pulling together best examples (Teams to their breakout rooms)

10:30-11:00 Structured peer-review of other groups themes and examples using discussion threads. (In Breakout Rooms)

11:00-12:00 Group review of comments and revise themes and examples. When and why are these themes/strategies important? (Contessa B)

12:00-1:00 Lunch (Contessa A)

1:00-2:30 Teams work together in workspaces on each of the themes identified in the morning. What is the context for best practices and when/why are they successful. (In Breakout Rooms)

2:30-3:00 Discussion: recommendations for other centers discussion synthesis. (Contessa B)
