  • Conducted series of surveys of students, faculty, alumni, employers

Ideal graduate should have

  • Strong substantive knowledge
  • Balance of breadth and depth
  • Hands on experiences—field and lab
  • Personal transferable skills
  • Academic qualifications for professional certification
