Thanks for the great webinar. I would like to add, I guess, that there is a failure to elucidate these behaviors (among colleagues, not between faculty and students - I think the latter is pretty clear) at my college, and I am guessing at MANY others as well. Many of the issues could be dealt with as contractual issues, but I think they would actually be better addressed as HR issues. OF COURSE Faculty can learn about and SHOULD model "good behavior," but with no teeth it is hard to reverse bad behavior that already exists.
