EESS Stipends Available

Doing something related to sustainability at the Online Earth Educators' Rendezvous? Take 5 minutes right now; it's not too late, the deadline is tonight! There are still stipends available through the Earth Education for Sustainable Societies (EESS) project. Up to 80 eligible Rendezvous attendees will receive $100 stipends in support of participation in Rendezvous activities (workshops, panels, etc.) that align with the vision of EESS. To apply, simply submit a short statement (1-3 sentences) of how your participation in a particular workshop or other event will help you build momentum toward earth education for sustainable societies in alignment with that vision. Application deadline is today, July 12.

CEU Credit Opportunity

Interested in receiving Continuing Education Unit credit for participation at the Rendezvous? Complete the end of workshop evaluations and attendance sign in sheets. Send your request to NAGT's Executive Office at nagtservice@nagt.org.

Share Your Aha Moments

We invite you to share your "aha moments" from the week though the EER Community Idea Album. What changed for you? What inspired you? What surprised you? What encouraged you? We invite everyone to post their reflections as the experiences happen, rather than waiting until the end of the week. Submit as many "aha moments" as you like!

Share a Selfie

To help build a visual sense of community, we'd like to invite all participants to share a selfie of your Rendezvous experience throughout the week. Whether you're Rendezvousing solo, have a furry co-worker, or a tiny human companion; whether you're joining us from a big city, small cabin, or somewhere in between - show us how you're Rendezvousing! We will post this photo on the Rendezvous site, so please keep it clean and appropriate. This is entirely voluntary, so if you're not comfortable having your photo on the public site, please do not upload it.

Rendezvous 2021

We are excited to announce that the 2021 Earth Educators' Rendezvous will be held July 12-16 at the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Minnesota. We look forward to another exciting event next year in the Twin Cities. Sign up to receive timely updates as the 2021 program, deadlines, and speakers become available.

Have an idea for 2021 programming? Share your ideas here! The committee will review all suggestions and work to create a balanced program that serves diverse audiences. We ask that suggestions be made by October 1, 2020 for consideration for the 2021 program.

Stay tuned for more informational updates as the details about Rendezvous 2021 unfold!
