COVID-19 Policy
Note: this policy is being posted several months prior to the workshop start and may be modified closer to the event, based on how the pandemic progresses.
We are doing what we can to keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of attending the workshop in person. We can't reduce risk to zero. We're asking attendees to protect the community and each other, as an act of respect. We are also asking each participant to explicitly agree to uphold the NAGT Code of Conduct (opens in a new window) and the following COVID-19 Policy, which were agreed upon when registering for the workshop.
- All participants must be vaccinated or have a 3rd party COVID test 72 hours before the beginning of the workshop and will only attend if the test result is negative.
- All participants will comply with all federal, state, local, and workshop-specific health and safety guidelines. Participants understand that guidelines may change and will be prepared to show their vaccination card or negative third party test results if needed. Participants will be prepared to wear an N95 or equivalent mask at all indoor events, if needed.
- Participants will not attend the workshop if they test positive for COVID-19 or have covid-like symptoms. If a participant develops symptoms during the workshop they will leave the workshop and follow isolation protocols.
- By registering for this workshop, participants affirm that they intend to attend the entire workshop. However, if a participant becomes sick immediately before or during the workshop, they will not be able to attend.
