Graduating Seniors Survey and Self-Assessment

Purpose

To receive feedback about the program from graduating seniors.

Implementation

It is given to all graduating seniors during the exit interview with the department chair (for geology or Earth science majors) or the professor in charge (for meteorology majors).

Use of the Data

Very little data is collected and I don't think it is used at all. But it is a valid instrument if used appropriately.

Effectiveness

Students prefer to have an exit interview to completing the survey or forget to turn it in before they leave. Maybe we should have it online.
