COST
On-site costs: The workshop fee of $400 will cover most meals and double-occupancy rooms. Participants will pay for one lunch and one dinner in town. We will be able to offer a few single rooms for an additional fee. This fee will be paid after acceptance to the workshop at the time participants confirm their attendance. Our National Science Foundation grant provides funding for the remainder of the operational costs of the workshop. To be supported by these funds, a participant must be either a US citizen, a permanent resident, or in the employ of a US institution. If you don't meet these requirements and are interested in participating in this workshop at your own expense, please contact the workshop conveners.
Travel: Participants or their home institutions must provide transportation to and from the workshop.
Stipends: In cases where the cost of attending this workshop would cause financial hardship, you can apply for a stipend to help defray these costs.
