Revised Page Urls

The page creation interface has been revised to allow you to specify the url (the bit after the last slash) when you create the page. You can leave this blank and the system will create a url for you (based on the title you've provided) as before, but will create shorter titles (15 characters including the .html) than it did previously (when it was capped at 4 words).
