Hi Chris, Great lab and graphs. I am going to use it for my juniors. I plan to adapt it to use the CPO physics equipment I currently use.

Chris, I am going to do the lab with my 8th graders this year. It seems like the students will be able to learn how to use Ecel and gain understanding about speed.

Hi Chris,

Motion is a topic that is in our 7th grade curriculum and I've done a lab such as this with marbles and calculating speed. I now may include Excel and graphing!

This is a great way to graphically display speeds. I think I will add this to my unit on speed, as well.
