We actively encourage our students to participate in research and run mentorship programs which pair students with faculty and graduate students to help our students develop their skills and networks. But how do we offer career mentorship to students who are more interested in working in industry, consulting, government agencies, or non-profit organizations? Do we help students find internships, make use of alumni networks, offer career-focused classes, or incorporate career information into core classes?
