Student Exit Survey

Purpose

We use responses reported by recent graduates on this form to identify strengths of programs and areas in which improvement is possible.

Implementation

This survey is mailed to recent graduates shortly after commencement. It is sent as a paper copy with a pre-addressed return envelope.

Use of the Data

Responses of recent graduates are read by the department chair and used to identify particular strengths of programs and areas in which improvement is possible.

Effectiveness

Rates of response on this form are generally pretty good - sometimes approaching 50%. It give us a good overview of students' perceptions of our programs.
