EvaluateUR
The aim of the Evaluate UR (Undergraduate Research) project is to test, refine, and disseminate an evidence-based model for improving student outcomes by incorporating evaluation directly into student research experiences. SERC is a partner in development of the method and provides and maintains the automated web-based evaluation service, as well as web content and support for implementation of EvaluateUR Method.

Vignettes
This site provides stand-alone, illustrated electronic case studies that teach about geomorphology, surface processes, and/or Quaternary history. SERC worked with project leaders to develop the site and continues to host this collection

Geoscience in Two-year Colleges
This website portal provides faculty and students with information about geoscience education at two-year colleges. Faculty can learn about teaching materials, find information about workforce development and geoscience careers, and learn about professional development opportunities. Students can find out about scholarships and educational opportunities. SERC facilitated connections between the contributing projects and hosts the website.

Know Soil, Know Life Educators Guide
This website is the educator's guide to Soil Society of America's Know Soils Know Life high school/undergraduate textbook. It provides activities, assessments, sequencing guidance and standards information for educator's using the textbook.

NICHE
This website provides a repository of resources and information for faculty from across the disciplines who are seeking to infuse numeracy into their course instruction. SERC supported the authors in developing this website and provide ongoing hosting.

Teaching Quantitative Skills in the Geosciences
Quantitative skills are an essential tool for both the geoscientist and the citizen. This site provides resources for faculty that include pedagogic methods, teaching resources, supporting materials for students and a discussion of the issues. SERC was the leader of the project, planned and implemented the professional development workshops that generated content for the project, and hosts the website.

IE3: Meaningful evaluation of effective and inclusive teaching (LCC4)
IE3 Learning Community Cluster 4 (LCC4) is working to make substantial, cross-institutional progress toward meaningful evaluation of inclusive teaching by working collaboratively on three important pillars underlying meaningful evaluation of inclusive and effective teaching - Policies, Instructor Development, and Sources of Evidence. SERC provides an organizational backbone and framework for the work of the project in addition to design and facilitation of some project activities.

ADVANCE and Beyond
The ADVANCE and Beyond project is examining working processes of organizational change that take place "behind the scenes" in large, complex, institutional change projects in higher education. SERC hosts the project website and organizational workspaces.

Oceans in the News
The Oceans in the News course uses polar science examples to build student skills in data analysis and use of media and other sources. Students will develop proficiency in data visualization and its application to the analysis of news stories about polar regions. SERC adapted it course publishing format to allow dissemination of these course materials.

Humanities Education for Anti-Racism Literacy
The Humanities Education for Anti-Racism Literacy in the Sciences and Medicine (HEAL) project seeks to provide models and examples of transformative higher education to advance anti-racist practices and pedagogies in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine. SERC hosts the project website and assists with product dissemination.
