9:10 Groups work on creating activities

• Designate a scribe and a reporter
• In-group discussion and generating learning goals 
• Start to write ~2 learning goals for the activity 
• Begin outlining an activity
• As a group discuss your ideas and write down a 3 sentence description of the activity. 
• Focus on what students will do in the activity
• Include how they will get and use data

9:45 Break

10:00 Short discussion on alignment and learning goals - Rory

• Making sure your learning goals, activities and assessment match
• Look at the TTE contribute guidelines  and activity review criteria for ideas about alignment 

10:15 Work on activity as a group

• Make a plan for finishing and submitting your activity 

11:00 Final thoughts and report back to the group - Karin
