Application:
Typical Use:
- SIRF houses three stable isotope ratio mass spectrometers for analysis of H, C, N, O, and S in a wide variety of geologic and biologic materials.
- Inlets include dual inlet, EA (both TCEA and oxidative EA), GC, H-Device, and Gas Bench.
- Routine sample analysis includes organic C, H, N, and S; mineral H; water samples (O and H); carbonates (C, O); dissolved inorganic C; sulphate (S and O).
Conditions for Use:
- Submitted samples will be analyzed on a contract basis (i.e. lab personnel will do the work)
- Visitors are invited to work in the lab to work with lab personnel
