Application:
Surface analysis Micro-imaging
Typical Use:
- Imaging of geological or biological material in SEI and BSE modes under either high vacuum or low vacuum modes.
- Peltier stage permits temperature control.
- EDS system performs quantitative chemical analysis in spot or raster mode and permits acquisition of X-ray maps.
Conditions for Use:
Visitors are invited to work in the lab to work with lab personnel
