Workshop Pre-Work

To prepare for the workshop, complete the pre-work exercises. These will help ensure you are setup with the accounts you need for the workshop, and help you familiarize yourself with important MATLAB teaching tools. Ramping up on your own is the best way for us to make the most out of our workshop time together. Your colleagues will appreciate the investment you put into preparation.

11:00-11:35am - MATLAB Focus Area Breakout Groups Round 1 - Lisa Kempler, MathWorks, and Maureen Kahn, SERC, Carleton College

In this session, workshop participants will take a deep dive into a topic they chose at the end of Day 1, joining a breakout room discussion.

In these tool discussions, participants will share, learn about, and consider how to apply the tools and resources, and tips and tricks to their curriculum. Discussions may include how to use these tools in in-person, hybrid, and remote learning settings. Record key learnings, resource links, and questions in the Focus Topic workspace.  Facilitators will be present to guide discussions, and MathWorks representatives will circulate to share knowledge and answer questions about the Focus Topics.
