Wednesday, January 14 - Day 2

11:00-11:15 Introduction for the day, review roadcheck feedback

11:15-11:45 Small Group Discussion: Share project ideas, get feedback/advice/troubleshooting

11:45-12:30 Undergrad student panel/Q&A: Hear experiences from current and recent geoscience undergraduates who used coding in classes and research projects

12:30-1:00 Lunch break

1:00-1:30 Module Demonstrations: Sample more advanced Python approaches to common geoscientific tasks (parsing files and text, geospatial data, statistical analyses and advanced plotting, numerical simulations)

1:30-2:45 Participants work on building activities

2:45-3:30 Small Group Discussion: Participants share activities with other and receive feedback

3:30-4:00 Reflections, next steps, wrap up, and end of workshop survey
