Again, for me inquiry is still observing, asking, and drawing conclusions about the results. It is investigating and questioning. Students need to do this. Many want instant answers. This doesn't happen all the time. Students need to form hypotheses and pose questions, analysises, and conclusions using the scientific method using hands on data whenever and wherever possible. Using cyber data has its benefits in the right context, but students should be aware of how and why this data was collected and the reliability of this data.
