Discussing Your Ideas about Inquiry

By the end of this event, you should have made at least 4 posts to this discussion area: a first post by November 12, two posts to two of your colleagues, and a final post by November 19.

Your first post will include your responses to the questions raised by the article by Duschl and Grandy. Please post your thoughts by Sunday, November 12.

Then, over the following week (and by Sunday, November 19), your next two posts (or more!) will come from engaging in a discussion around your thoughts, responding to the ideas of at least two of your colleagues. These posts to each other might include a question or additional discussion of a topic brought up by a someone or a request for clarification. The goal is to contribute ideas that will further the conversation.

Your last post will prompt you to reconsider your ideas about inquiry. By Sunday, November 19, you will post both your initial ideas and any new thoughts you have had about inquiry from the reading and from the discussion you have had with your colleagues.
