Participant Checklist

In order to help you get the most out of the Module Development Workshop, we ask that you do several things in advance. Here is a list of the preparatory activities and their deadlines.

By Sunday, September 29th, 2019:

  • Register for the workshop. Note: all accepted applicants need to register and the registration form is not the same form as the application form that you have already filled out. Accepted applicants who do not register by September 29th will have their registration offered to a wait-listed applicant. Register for the workshop »
  • Please make your travel plans and complete the travel information form so that you can attend the opening workshop session at 8:00 am on Monday, October 28, 2019. Unless you're local, please plan to arrive in Northfield on Sunday, October 27 (hotel check in starts at 3pm). If you are local, please arrive on Monday by 8am. Please do not schedule your return flight before 3:30pm on October 30th to allow for finishing the workshop and transport to the airport.     • A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available, with the understanding that you will be responsible for the additional cost of $70.09 per night. Indicate your preference and pay for a single occupancy room by filling out the Single Occupancy Form.
  • We will make shuttle and lodging arrangements for you, based on the information you provide on the Travel Information Form

Prior to the workshop

  • Create a SERC account, if you don't already have one. You will need it to access our private (password-protected) participant workspace during the workshop.
  • Bring your laptop. You will be using it throughout the workshop.
  • Complete the Additional pre-workshop tasks

After the workshop

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement. Note: Please submit this form and receipts after the workshop and within 45 days of the end of your travel.
