The 2021 Earth Educators' Rendezvous is only a few days away!
Don't forget to upload your presentation materials and register, if you have not yet done so. Continue reading below for more details. If you are not the presenting author, please forward this message to that person. Thanks for contributing to this year's Rendezvous--we are excited to learn about your work!
Register
If you have not yet registered for the Rendezvous, please do so at your earliest convenience. Each presenting author must be registered for at least one day of the Rendezvous in order to present. You can choose whichever day(s) are of interest to you. Thanks to all who have already registered.
Presenter Guidelines
We have posted a set of Presenter Guidelines that outline session details and preparatory information that will help participants learn more about your abstract ahead of the Rendezvous. We ask that you read through the instructions pertaining to the session type(s) you will be involved with.
Presentation Uploads
We encourage all presenters to upload their materials to their abstract page using the presentation upload form. If you are uploading a video, we encourage presenters to consider adding captions. Please complete the presentation upload form at your earliest convenience. We recommend uploading no later than today, Thursday, July 8, for prompt posting to abstract pages and so that attendees can view your materials ahead of time. Late submissions are accepted but we cannot guarantee prompt posting to your abstract page.

Finding Your Abstract
You can find your presentation from the session information on the contributed program page or can search the program for your abstract. Note that the dates and times slotted for presentations are final; we are not able to accommodate alternate presentation dates or times for any reason.
Zoom connection information will be posted on session pages soon. You will need to be logged in to your SERC account in order to access this information. If you have not yet done so, please login to your account (or create one with this email address) and upload a recent photo to accompany your author information.
