We are looking forward to hosting the 2019 Earth Educators' Rendezvous in Nashville, TN this July! We want to encourage you to book your Nashville lodging soon if you have not already done so, as all of our hotel blocks will be released next month. The rates that we have secured for our Rendezvous participants are extremely competitive, and Nashville area hotels can be quite expensive. Please book your lodging at one of the following locations:

This hotel is located two miles from Tennessee State University and one mile from Vanderbilt University. Please the hotel know if you will need arrangements for early or late arrival. Rates are $159 before taxes. The Holiday Inn does offer complimentary shuttle within a 3-mile radius (14-person van) but is first-come, first-serve.
Hampton Inn and Suites, Vanderbilt Elliston Place: BOOK BEFORE JUNE 13
