Watch recording. Each week on Tuesday at 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time, join us live for activities that will get you thinking about volcanoes of the Pacific Northwest. Then complete our challenges at home or in your neighborhood and send us your creations. Activities and demonstrations are led by Mount St. Helens Institute staff and volunteers and are designed for 4th-7th grade. Youth, families and learners of all ages are welcome!

Who are we? The Mount St. Helens Institute is a non-profit organization that teaches about the science and stories of Mount St. Helens. Our mission is to advance understanding and stewardship of the Earth through science, education, and exploration of volcanic landscapes.

What is Volcano Tuesdays? Volcano Tuesdays is a series that seeks to inspire YOUR curiosity and questions about volcanoes! Our activities are based on your requests! Tell us what you want to learn on our Volcano Tuesdays webpage at www.mshinstitute.org/volcanotuesdays.

"Volcano Tuesdays" includes weekly live demonstrations of hands-on, fun activities. Each week includes challenges to do at home to encourage learning and exploration. Submit photos, videos, and artwork of yourself, family members and/or friends completing these challenges and include the hashtag #MSHINSIDE. We will showcase on our Volcano Tuesday website and social media!

Where? Tune in to participate in Volcano Tuesdays live demonstrations from your home or backyard. Find a link to each week's live demonstration on our Volcano Tuesdays webpage, www.mshinstitute.org/volcanotuesdays, broadcast at 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight time. The Volcano Tuesdays webpage is where we will post information about the weekly challenges and supporting resources such as videos, web links and stories to support your learning at home.

We are all in this together. The Mount St. Helens Institute inspires curiosity about Mount St. Helens through field trips, outdoor school, and summer camps. Without school field trips this spring, we lost a big part of our income. That doesn't stop our love for volcanoes. We know you're curious about volcanoes too! You can help us bring the volcano to everyone! Support our programming and donate to us today.
