InTeGrate 2YC Meeting, El Paso, TX - February 9th & 10th, 2012
These concurrent meetings, will begin at 9:00am on Thursday at the University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP). They will conclude at 3:00pm on Friday, February 10th. UTEP is easy walking distance from the hotel. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. If your travel requires, accommodations are available for Wednesday, February 8th. Hotel Reservations
There is a block of rooms reserved for these meetings at the Hilton Garden Inn. Please make your travel plans soon, as the cut off date for the special room rate is Tuesday, January 10th, 2012. You can make reservations for a room, at the special group rate, by calling the hotel directly. Please call 915-351-2121 and identify yourself as a member of the InTeGrate Planning Meetings group.
You will be asked to reserve your room with your credit card, but the grant will be paying for your room! We are setting up an account with the hotel to cover your costs for Wednesday and Thursday evening. If you plan to stay for the Field Trip, those charges will need to be paid personally. Costs for a room for the Field Trip will be $139, plus taxes, which is the special group rate.

Hotel Airport Shuttle runs 7:00am to 10:00pm. Call the hotel front desk, 915-351-2121, upon arrival for next available pick-up time. Cab service would be another option and typically costs about $30.
