In particular, if you book your own flights, you must ensure all flights are economy class on a U.S. Flag Air Carrier. If your flights do not meet the travel policy criteria, we cannot reimburse you for your flights.

Travel Information

The workshop will be held at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. Participants must arrive in Laramie anytime on August 7th, before the morning workshop on August 8th. The workshop will officially conclude on the evening of August 10th, with departure anytime on August 11th. There is an optional field trip on the morning of August 11th. Participants must attend all sessions (except for the optional field trip).
