I plan to have my students investigate the environmental changes to Mt. St. Helens from 1973 through 1996. I have downloaded images from 1973,1980,1983,1988,and1996.Students will measure area affected using Image J, then they will learn how to prepare data for use in excel. They will then create a graph using the chart wizard.
