Presenter Guidelines for EER 2024
Are you presenting in the contributed program at the 2024 Earth Educator's Rendezvous? Attendees giving talks, posters, teaching demos, or share-a-thon presentations can find more information about their presentation guidelines below.
Uploading Presentations
The presentation upload form is now available. Use this form to upload files related to your Rendezvous presentation. Files can include short introductory videos, presentation slides, poster images, and/or any supporting files. If you have more than three files to upload, you can complete this form multiple times.
Oral presentation and teaching demo authors: upload your presentation by 8:00am the morning of your talk. Be sure to include video files, if applicable.
Poster Dimensions
Poster presenters: please note that this year's poster boards are non-standard dimensions. Pinnable space is 46.75" wide x 64.75" high. This is a portrait-oriented poster board, not a typical landscape orientation. See the poster guidelines for more details.
