Accessible and Equitable Pre-Workshop Survey

Introduction to survey:

Dear workshop participants,

We look forward to meeting you and working with you during EER! Prior to the workshop, please take a moment to fill out the following survey. It will take about 3-5 minutes of your time.

Survey items will not ask you to identify yourself. However, there is a small chance you could be identified based on the details you provide within the short-answer responses. All your responses will remain confidential and only workshop leaders will have access to the information. The items in the survey are meant to assess your experiences and perspectives regarding Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn (CAST).
