The SWOT analysis is a tool to help you examine the internal and external factors that affect you and your course. It can help you analyze your course in the context of your department and institution, assess what changes should be made, and better prepare you to make those changes strategically and successfully. You can read more about the SWOT analysis and how to use it (opens in a new window), or just follow the prompting questions below.
We will use this preliminary SWOT analysis during the workshop.
