- The daily registration fee covers all events including morning (multi-day) workshops.
- Morning workshops have limited space so you must select your morning workshop as part of your registration. Register early to ensure a spot.
- Each day's afternoon events (mini workshops, plenaries, poster sessions and oral sessions) are open to everyone who has registered for that day. You will not need to choose particular afternoon events during registration.
- Participants are responsible for their own meals and accommodations (room blocks will be available at a discounted rate).
- If you wish to present a talk or poster as part of the the Contributed Program you must submit an abstract in addition to registering for the Rendezvous.
A limited number of travel stipends are available for those in need of funds. Application deadline passed on March 30, 2015.
- NAGT Members --- new & current NAGT Members receive a $100 discount off the standard registration fee. Join NAGT before registering to receive a discount on your Rendezvous registration.
- Working Meeting Participants --- Concurrent Working Meeting participants are eligible for a $20 per day (up to $80 max) registration discount. Application deadline passed on February 16, 2015.
- Group Attendance --- attending the Rendezvous in a group of two or more individuals from the same institution allows each person to receive a $20 per day (up to $80 max) discount on their registration fee. Name & email address for all group members is required during registration for each registrant to be eligible for the discount.
- The working meeting & group attendance discounts cannot be applied at the same time. Individuals are only eligible for one of these discounts.
- No refunds or adjustments will be issued for discounts not applied during the registration process.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing to Krista Herbstrith (kherbstr @ carleton.edu) and received by May 15th, 2015 to receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline of May 15th, 2015.
