Consultation with experts

Feedback on Preliminary Plan (9:55 – 10:40 am)

Each team shares their preliminary plan for 5 minutes with 10 minutes of discussion.
Questions to consider:
  • What are your concerns?
  • What are potential effective strategies?
  • What are your resources and possible way forward?

Coffee Break (10:40 – 11:00 am)

Refine the Plan. Create template or modify as needed for local challenge. (11:00 -12:00 pm)

We have provided an template that includes: overall goals/need being addressed; your strategy; resources available; anticipated challenges; action plan; possible leaders; metrics of success; what you will do tomorrow.

Lunch (12:00 – 12:45 pm)

Complete the Plan for workshop presentation (12:45 – 1:15 pm)

Share the Plan. 3 minute presentations for each team. (1:15 – 2:15 pm)

Taking a Broader View of How to Engage Faculty (2:15 – 3:00 pm)
