2026-2027 Follow-On Mini-Workshops

A series of follow-on workshops will be held over the 2026-2027 academic year. These workshops are open to participants from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Early Career annual workshop participants, but recordings of plenary sessions will be made available to the public following the workshops.

Are you an early career faculty member who is interested in the 2027 annual summer face-to-face workshop? Information about the 2027 annual workshop will be posted in late fall 2026.

Efficient and effective teaching for student learning

Reconnect with fellow Early Career participants and take your teaching further. In this mini-workshop, we will build on the teaching-focused day at the Early Career Workshop. We will explore additional strategies and resources to help you continue to enhance your teaching, with a focus on student learning, engaging all students, and using the Teach the Earth resources effectively. You will leave with concrete approaches you can try in your courses, plus the chance to reflect on your teaching and share ideas with peers and facilitators.
