The students are assessed based on the following outcomes:
1. solve mathematical problems using MATLAB
2. use MATLAB to create and solve problems involving vectors and matrices
3. use MATLAB to solve problems in differential and integral calculus

Context for Use

The file is an assessment designed for freshmen college students who are currently taking Computer-Aided Calculations. Students are required to know basic MATLAB language and programming. They are also expected to know about basic mathematical concepts in Algebra, Geometry and Calculus. This activity can be used for face-to-face or in an online class setting.
