From Plankton Net to Internet Workshop
We are delighted to work with you as participants in the Loyola 'from planktonnet to internet' workshop as you explore the microbial diversity of post-Katrina/Rita Lake Pontchartrain. This is a learning module developed for you. We hope you and and your students will work with us in coming up with and implementing new ideas.
Following the tradition of Microbial Life collections, we usually ask an expert in the field compose the introduction to the module. In this case, you are extremely well qualified to write a summary about the Lake Pontchartrain Basin and its current situation and we would be most grateful if you would contribute a 1-2 page document that will be published on this URL with your name (and school) as author. If you are interested, please contact Paddy (dpatterson@mbl.edu) or Sarah (srbordenstein@mbl.edu).
