Suggestion of IP site that might contribute to transforming teacher prep: consider WA state's planning process, state-wide effort to influence teacher prep standards, links to NGSS.

No suggestions, interesting topics. Targets skills/interests that are not widely addressed elsewhere.

Good topics. I like the way most of the topics have featured materials and also a featured IP. That pulls the IP's deeper into the InTeGrate community process.

I see that I am shown as a presenter on "Using data to teach about societally important questions." I certainly have lots of thoughts on this topic. However, as far as including insights from "Kim's theoretical paper" (meaning the paper I have proposed for the JGE issue on Geoscience Education Research), my co-author and I are scheduled to get together March 21-23 to do the coding for this paper and start the writing; so if this webinar topic is scheduled before then, either I shouldn't be a presenter, or I could give some more general thoughts from my earlier work.

Many of these topics would be of interest to the 2YC community. I would be happy to work with you to advertise to the 2YC community and to insert some materials into the series specifically addressing this group.
