These student materials complement the Coastal Processes, Hazards and Society Instructor Materials. If you would like your students to have access to the student materials, we suggest you either point them at the Student Version which omits the framing pages with information designed for faculty (and this box). Or you can download these pages in several formats that you can include in your course website or local Learning Managment System. Post-Recovery Plan Tasks

In order to create a post-disaster plan, the University of Oregon guidebook suggests the seven tasks listed below. Each task also has several sub-task steps. Although we will not complete all tasks in the post-disaster recovery plan, you should think about what they would entail and how a community would set about creating such a plan. Question and activities for you to complete based on these tasks are given at the end.
