Rendezvous Attendee Information for Friday

Tomorrow may be the last day of the Rendezvous, but engaging topics and learning opportunities abound! Before you begin Friday's morning workshop, please take a moment to consult the program for afternoon options, including teaching demos, round table discussions, the Friday poster session, and the Town Hall + Ice Cream Social.

Luggage Storage

Participants checking out of their accommodations Friday morning can drop their luggage at SERC Building 214. The room will be staffed from 8:00am-3:00pm. Luggage must be picked up by 3:00pm at the latest. The room will not be staffed after 3:00pm. Participants can bring their luggage to the poster session and town hall if needed.

eARTh Activity

12:00am-1:00pm | SERC Building 228

Join for the final eARTh activity of the week, a nature journaling drop-in. Meet at the registration table in the SERC Building atrium at 12:00pm.

Round Table Discussions

1:30pm - 2:45pm | SERC Building 108B

Round table discussions are designed as informal, small group discussions about a particular topic, moderated by a colleague with experience and expertise in the topic.

Poster Session

3:00pm - 4:00 pm | SERC Building Atrium

Presenters are asked to hang their posters by 1:00pm (poster boards will be available starting at 11:30am), and the posters will be open throughout the afternoon.

Town Hall and Ice Cream Social

4:30pm - 5:45pm | SERC Building 110AB

Presenting at the Rendezvous?

Review the Presenter Guidelines web page regarding format and how to upload a digital copy of your presentations and materials. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you. Oral presentations should be uploaded no later than 8:00am the morning of your presentation. If you are leading a teaching demo, please bring any materials you may need.

CEU Credit Opportunity

Interested in receiving Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit(s) for participation at the Rendezvous? Complete attendance sign-in sheets and end of workshop evaluations so NAGT staff can verify your participation. Send your request to NAGT's Executive Office at nagtservice@nagt.org.
