To those participants just arriving at the Rendezvous, welcome!
Thursday is transition day. Whether you are just joining us for the second part of the Rendezvous, or if you have been with us since the beginning of the week, we hope you are looking forward to high-quality, intellectually rich Thursday and Friday programming.
As you prepare for tomorrow's schedule of events, please make note of the following:
Registration Check-In
- Thursday and Friday, registration will be available under the tent in the PCC Quad from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
- You must check in at the registration table before attending any events, so please allow enough time before your workshop or event begins.
- Checking out? Lanyards and badge holders are reusable! Help reduce waste and return your lanyards and badge holders to the registration table.

Morning Workshops
Registered for a Thursday-Friday morning workshop? You can find details about your workshop on the corresponding session page, linked from the Rendezvous Program. The morning workshops will be held from 8:30am - 11:30am on Thursday and Friday. Please attend the workshop you are registered for. If you have forgotten which morning workshop you registered for, it will be on the back of your name badge.

Afternoon Mini-Workshops
Want to attend one of tomorrow's afternoon mini-workshops? Rendezvous participants registered for Thursday can find the slate of workshops below and linked from the Rendezvous Program. The afternoon mini-workshops will be held from 1:30pm - 4:00pm and pre-registration for specific workshops is not required.

Presenting at the Rendezvous?
Review the Presenter Guidelines web page regarding format and how to upload a digital copy of your presentations and materials. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you. Oral presentations should be uploaded no later than 8:00am the morning of your presentation. If you are leading a teaching demo, please bring any materials you may need.
