The deadline for workshop proposals, roundtable proposals, and programming ideas is Saturday, October 15! Don't miss out on this opportunity to help shape the programming at the Rendezvous.

Lead a workshop or roundtable discussion

Submit your workshop or roundtable proposal by October 15. The Planning Committee will review all proposals received following the submission deadline with the aim of creating a balanced program that serves diverse audiences and community needs.

Share an idea for programming

Do you have an idea, but are not able to lead a workshop or roundtable? Submit your ideas and suggestions for the 2023 program by October 15.

Consider sponsoring or exhibiting at the Rendezvous

We invite exhibitors and sponsors to work with the Rendezvous co-conveners and planning committee to explore ideas for further enhancing your visibility at the meeting. In addition to considering being an exhibitor or sponsoring the Rendezvous, you may want to propose ideas for Rendezvous programming that highlights your work or group. Note, however, that we cannot guarantee programming will be approved, and your idea will be considered at the same level as non-sponsored ideas.
